We were thinking through things from a customer’s point of view. People love free shipping; we -as customers- love free shipping, why not offer it! Customers would prefer a shipping company that delivers to our doorstep, without needing an extra trip for a pickup. We decided to prioritize these companies and sought a partnership with them.
For everything we offer, we often put ourselves in our customer's shoes.
This informs our decision process and helps us make apt decisions. It does come with a price, but we always put customers first.
As with all small family businesses, we get extremely busy balancing private life, kids, and business.
