Returns & Exchanges
Each item in this collection is made especially for you once your order is placed. This on-demand production model helps reduce overproduction and supports a more thoughtful, responsible approach to manufacturing.
Because Global Edition items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of every product. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue
Once reviewed and approved, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Sizing
Detailed size charts are available on every product page to help you choose the best fit. As sizing may vary slightly between garments and fulfillment partners, we recommend reviewing the Size Guide carefully before placing your order. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for items confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- With tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Starting a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at:

If your return is approved, we will provide:
- A free return shipping label
- Instructions on how and where to send your package
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective or damaged
- You received the wrong item
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include clear photos of the defect or issue when contacting us. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to:
- Return your original item (once approved)
- Place a new order separately
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
