Processing & Delivery

Because products are made on demand, processing and shipping times may vary depending on product availability, fulfillment location, and destination country.

  • Production typically takes 2–5 business days
  • Shipping typically takes 5–10 business days depending on the destination country
  • Estimated total delivery time is approximately 7–15 business days
  • Some products or variants may take more or less time depending on availability at the closest fulfillment facility
  • Orders are produced and shipped from the facility closest to you whenever possible
  • Customers may receive separate shipments if products in the same order are fulfilled from different facilities
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information

Our Egyptian-made products are proudly crafted in Egypt and stocked in Canada, available exclusively to customers in Canada and the United States.

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days
  • Delivery within Canada: 2–8 business days, depending on location and shipping method
  • U.S. delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information
