Chapter 14 - Kraft Packaging

We were going further than we envisioned at first; packaging was a task we planned to explore, but while we shopped we fell in love with the kraft at first sight, and now we were assembling our customized box. The box was customized using a stamp, a tag and jute twine. 

We only had eyes for eco-friendly packaging supplies.

Recyclable, biodegradable bags, mailers and boxes. Our stamps are either water or vegetable-based. Our labels are either made of 100% recycled material, 100% post consumer content or 100% FSC certified, processed chlorine-free. The jute is biodegradable, even the tape and the adhesive are 100% recyclable water-based adhesive!

We knew that the success of environment-friendly packages is highly dependent on consumers' understanding and acceptance of these packages. As a result; a photo of the final packaging was included with each single product we offer on our website, as well as "the what and the why" behind each packaging solution we use, and the packaging suppliers we sourced them from, to further promote sustainable packaging practices.

We thought through everything about our products to the detail and did lots of research.
