Khamsah is one of the oldest symbols in history! It has been a potent symbol in many cultures around the world. Some think it may have evolved from a two-fingered symbol of the Ancient Egyptians, made by raising the right hand with the palm out and folding the pinky and ring finger, its purpose is evidently the same as the plain open hand.
