Chapter 1 - About us

That morning it was concluded. We were making a huge decision with nothing but our hopes and dreams to hold on to.

From Egypt, we moved to make a new home here in Ottawa. All we had was optimism about what the future held. Along the way we decided to blend in with Canadians through our small business and big dreams.

A couple with a different blend of interests -that would be key to our business- best describes us!

Fortunately, we are passionate about fashion, music, writing, photography, cooking, and our home country, Egypt.

We're a family of four with names that all begin with "A" and so the idea behind the "4A Family" was born long ago. We use this concept in occasions when we speak for the family.

It didn't take long for the friendliness and beauty of Canadians and Canada to win our hearts.

With a degree in law and computer science, we sought a rewarding source of income in the city. This was becoming a challenge, and it persisted for years.

Amidst this challenge, we conceived the dream of this business. A dream that's slowly becoming a reality we can share with you!

Everything is an open book from our products to where we source materials and plans. We figured our story could serve as an “about us” page rather than cliché buzzwords.

Every step of the way, we have stayed open to feedback, and we are here to share our story with you, inviting you to be part of our journey.
